What is the Partners In Time program?

Partners in Time is a community of developers working with TimeGate Studios to create next generation games. TimeGate is proud to be an industry leader in integrating external development teams into our internal projects, and we are expanding upon that tradition with the Partners in Time program. We are looking for enthusiastic teams and individuals eager to show off their creativity and help shape the future of the gaming industry. Are you a programmer? Designer? Voice Actor? Writer? Something else? Do you represent a full studio ready to make the next Game of the Year? We want to hear from you!

 

Why do I want to become a Partner?

Our Partners are the first people we look to when expanding our development teams. Over the last couple of years, there has been extreme growth in the game industry services market, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for development houses to keep track of all the services provided by external groups. With the Partners in Time program, you get an opportunity to make us aware of your talents in order for us to identify the most appropriate personnel for our future titles. It could be you!

 

How do I become a Partner?

You and/or your organization become official Partners upon successful completion of a project working with TimeGate. We are always looking for talented and creative people that are passionate about creating great games.

While signing up for the Partners in Time program does not guarantee work to you or your organization, it is a critical path for us to understand you and your team's goals, abilities and strengths. This will in turn allow us to contact you as soon as an opportunity arises that we think is a good match for you.

 

My team and I are located outside of the United States. Can we still become join this program?

Absolutely! The most important characteristics we are looking for are talent, creativity, and the ability to deliver, and we are more than happy to interact with international entities.

 

If I become a Partner as an individual, can it lead to full-time employment?

Becoming a Partner is definitely a great way to get your foot in the door. By working with us on projects, we will get an inside look at your work habits and how you interact with the team. If it is a positive experience, then chances are good that we will be interested in discussing employment opportunities.

 

I represent an entire development team capable of taking on a full project. Is the Partner in Time program something we should be interested in?

We have a constant queue of exciting, innovative projects, ranging in scope and size. We definitely want to explore matching our Partners with projects that work within their strengths and goals. We are interested in exploring all avenues of cooperation, including full project co-development deals.
